The department comprises 12 EM physicians and 3 APPs, offering a flexible schedule of 15 eight-hour shifts per month, with night shifts available at a pay differential. Providers typically see 1.5-2 patients per hour, with no call responsibilities outside scheduled shifts. APPs work 11 a.m.-11 p.m., and collaboration is encouraged without supervisory responsibilities.
