A minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience is preferred. We are a stable, hospital-employed group of approximately 40 emergency physicians. Mercy Springfield is one of the busiest and largest emergency departments in the Midwest with around 90,000 annual visits, level I trauma for both Missouri and Arkansas, and comprehensive, tertiary healthcare services for a three-hour radius and over 1.5M lives.
