Great compensation package and $90K for qualified medical debt
Hospital-employed position with full benefits including a sign-on, and relocation assistance
7 on and 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts with 1 acute care surgeon and 1 APP per shift
Rotate days and nights, take night call and night shifts from home and APPs take first call at night
No in-house call if in the OR
Hand off at the end of each shift
No outpatient, no clinic, and no follow-up
50% general surgery and 50% critical care volume
