You will ensure consistent processes and a strong cross-team work culture across teams Supervise around 24 employees while ensuring the practices run efficiently and smoothly utilizing best practices for excellent patient, employee and provider experiences.  Schedule Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some late meetings. Supervisor on-call; generally mornings for team member call-ins as needed
