JOB SUMMARY: The Respiratory Clinical Manager (RCM) is accountable for the daily (shift) operational management of the respiratory department, and for assisting the Director of Respiratory Care (DRC) with human resource, quality, and financial management of the department. The RCM oversees clinical operations and care delivery on an assigned shift. The RCM serves as a clinical leader in the respiratory care department. This manager assists the DRC with the implementation of plans and policies, and adherence to standards in the department. The RCM assists with evaluation and reports relevant to achievement of goals.
