Summary
MyMichigan Health Park Bay has a new opportunity for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in Bay City!
Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Rotating after-hours call
Responsibilities
Mixture of small patient panel and acute visits
Follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics
Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations
Certifications and Licensures
AHA approved BLS Certification
Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered with primary care background

Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health's credentialing process.
