JOB SUMMARY- PGY2 in Transplant or Transplant experience preferred.The Pharmacist 2 provides pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting. Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and organizational policy.
