Staff Research Associate I - Hematology/Oncology
DescriptionThe Staff Research Associate I (SRA I) will assist in the preparation, management, and daily use of critical laboratory resources, including reagents for molecular biology experiments (such as 2XYT, TAE, and bacterial plates) and mammalian cell culture experiments. The SRA I will optimize and perform various laboratory techniques, assist with determining the best experimental procedures for critical experiments, and carry out the isolation of protein, RNA, and DNA. Responsibilities also include performing maxipreps, minipreps, restriction digests, and electrophoresis of plasmids, as well as producing lentiviral vectors and transducing cells with these vectors.
