Staff Research Associate I - Surgery
DescriptionIn this role you will perform duties of a full-time Staff Research Associate 1 (SRA1) in a cutting-edge Liver Transplant research laboratory in the Department of Surgery. Under the mentorship of the Principal Investigators, you will perform research that aims to understand the immunological mechanisms of liver transplant rejection towards developing anti-rejection treatments. The Staff Research Associate I will work with primary and passaged macrophage cell lines and research animals and will be required to complete a wide variety of common lab techniques including, but not limited to, protein expression and isolation, ELISA, IHC and Western blotting, and some advanced laboratory techniques and methods
