SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse - New Grad Residency Program allows new LPN graduates to work in a variety of settings to gain knowledge and experience in different nursing areas. The LPN uses the Nursing process and evidence-based practice to care for adult and geriatric residents in the long-term care and palliative care environment and is responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing direct resident care.
