Respiratory Therapist, Reg-Pediatrics
OverviewThe Respiratory Therapist is responsible for airway management services to all adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. The Therapist includes administration of respiratory care procedures within the scope of practice under a physician's orders. This includes but is not limited to all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, airway management with intubations and extubations, arterial punctures and analysis, phlebotomy, and mechanical ventilation of the neonate, infant, child, adolescent and adult patient.
