DescriptionThe Division of Pulmonary Medicine is focused on understanding and treating Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) through multi-omic data integration and high-impact clinical trials. Our lab collaborates across pediatric and adult ICUs nationwide, analyzing rich datasets, including genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and clinical data, to uncover mechanisms of critical illness.We are seeking a highly motivated Data Manager and Lab Technician with a background in Computational and Systems Biology. Ideal candidates will have experience in statistical programming (R and Python), and a strong interest in multi-omic analysis, RNA-seq, GWAS, and data integration. You’ll work closely
