Position Highlights:

• • • Newborn nursery coverage with seamless support from our experienced Pediatrix neonatologists
    • Three Pediatric Hospitalist team model fostering collaboration and work-life balance
    • âœRound-and-go❠schedule with home call:
      
      • 10x shifts per month
    • Circumcisions performed by hospitalists
    • Pediatric consultations for the EDâ”providing timely evaluations, treatment plans, and support to the emergency team
    • Collaborative environment with neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
    • Engagement in CQI initiatives and clinical research to advance quality outcomes and innovation
