DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:  The Respiratory Care Extern (RCE) position is available to individuals enrolled as students in good standing in an approved respiratory therapy educational program.  The RCE administers, monitors and provides objective measurement for basic respiratory care procedures under the direct supervision and control of the Director of Respiratory Care, the Respiratory Clinical Supervisor, and the Training Supervisor as identified on the STUDENT EXTERN TEMPORARY PERMIT.
