DescriptionSummary:This position is responsible for providing care to assigned patients that meets their physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs. Functions as a contributing member of the health care team.Responsibilities:Assists the team leader in assessing the status of patients with simple health problems on admissions and on a continuing basis reporting changes in health status to the RN and / or Physician.Contributes information to the plan of care.Implements the plan of care, under the direction of the RN and / or Physician and within the scope of practice, to meet the basic needs of assigned patients and families. Documents data for assessmen
