Baptist Primary Care Beaches Family Practice is located just steps away from the coastal breeze and white sands on Jacksonville Beach, Florida. As a Family Medicine Physician with our practice; you will have the advantage of a broad-based support system through Baptist Health to provide excellent care to your patients.
