Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established practice with two Family Medicine physicians, an Advanced Practice Provider, and experienced support staff
• Position will be based out of our outpatient clinic on Peartree Lane that offers Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine services. X-ray services are also available Mon-Thurs
• Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
