Our Cardiopulmonary mixed acuity unit is hiring for full-time RNs on night shift! This 26-bed unit is unique in that it is an acuity adaptable unit, nurses care for a variety of patient acuity levels, including Progressive Care! Possible patient diagnoses include: COPD, CHF, Pulmonary Fibrosis, ventilated patients, pneumonia, lung cancer, and ENT.

This position currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift, holiday differentials and a relocation bonus. More details about these differentials will be provided during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
