Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Hospitalist to join our esteemed healthcare team

at Miami Valley in Dayton, OH

Responsibilities

About the Team

• Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• The team will consist of 2 Pediatric Hospitalists
• Round and go model with call from home until evening.
• Pediatric nurse practitioner or Neonatal nurse practitioner present to round with Hospitalist.

About the Opportunity

Work with Family medicine residents from Wright State University and participate in resident education. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices. Knowledge Exchange: Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.
