Position SummaryThe Business Analyst provides operational, strategic, and financial support for the Respiratory Care Services Department. This role is responsible for data analysis and reporting across all Respiratory Care locations, including the Thomas Campus, Arrowhead Campus, Avondale Campus, and future expansions. The Analyst develops and implements cost-reduction strategies to help meet Phoenix Children’s fiscal targets. This includes ensuring accurate charge capture, effective productivity tracking, and real-time analytics to support compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety initiatives.
