Job Description Job Title: Surgical Director/Chief of Clinical Heart Failure/Transplant Program Reports to: Chief of the Heart Failure / Transplant Program, Medical Director of Transplant Services, and the Surgical Director of Transplant Services. Nature and Scope: The Surgical Director/Chief is responsible for assisting in the ongoing development and growth of the Heart Transplant and Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) program in collaboration with the Adult Medical and Pediatric Medical Director of the program.
