LPN uses practical nursing knowledge and skills to provide care according to the patient's condition and treatment plan; to provide care in a manner that is therapeutic, supportive, and individualized; and to provide patient/family/care giver education sufficient to allow the patient/family/care giver to not only be compliant with the plan of care but to also promote health and wellness.
