Responsible for developing and maintaining physician relations, empowering clinical care givers through solicitation of input and implementation of actions to improve delivery of patient care. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the functions of the clinical service. Supervises the delivery of patient care and has the responsibility for establishing standards of nursing practice for the service and contributing to the nursing division as a whole.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: - 2 years management experience in Acute Care hospital setting, or evidence of equivalent experience. - 5 years experience in Nursing. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
