Position Highlights:
- Collegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base
- Focus on team-based care
- Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems
- Full complement of clinical and administrative support teams to assist with patient care, including a dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consulting with patients, both outpatient and in-patient, to understand their symptoms and health concerns
- Performing and/or overseeing pulmonary procedures
- Diagnosing and treating conditions, such as asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema
- Using and interpreting pulmonological exams and tests to aid in the diagnosis of cardiopulmonary diseases and conditions, including CT scans, chest fluoroscopies, ultrasounds, and bronchoscopies
- Providing immunizations against preventable cardiopulmonary diseases
- Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests and/or treatments prescribed, and test results
- Referring patients to other specialists, when necessary, especially Sleep Medicine for possible sleep apnea patients

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Pulmonology/Pulmonary Disease
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
For New York Only: The salary range for New York residents is $322,220 to $510,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
