The Pediatric Pulmonary Division at Atrium Health Levine Children’s is seeking full-time MD/DO to join their well-established and nationally recognized team.
The Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Division is a thriving group of eight physicians and eight APPs that serve 2 children’s hospitals and 4 outpatient locations. Levine Children’s is home to Charlotte’s only accredited Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Center and provides multidisciplinary care in the areas of Aerodigestive, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, MDA, Severe Asthma, Sickle Cell, Pulmonary Hypertension and Technology Dependence. Applicants should have an interest in the care of complex multidisciplinary patients with pulmonary conditions and demonstrate a commitment to medical education.

BC/BE in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine
5+ years of post-fellowship experience preferred
Position Overview
This position has primary outpatient clinical responsibilities at the Pediatric Pavilion in Concord, NC. The Pediatric Pavilion is a multi-specialty location serving Cabarrus County and surrounding areas north of Charlotte. Specialties at the Pediatric Pavilion include Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Pulmonary, Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics, and Urology. It also shares the campus with a large hospital complex that includes Jeff Gordon Children’s Center.
Provide direct patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Education of residents and medical students.
Proficiency in performing flexible bronchoscopy.
Interpretation of pulmonary function testing.
Willingness to travel to outpatient rural satellite clinics.
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
